Pricing and Availability

Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. 

Payment Policy

We accept Visa and Mastercard.  You may also pay for purchases through the Pay-Pal system.  We are unable to accept C.O.D., fax and telephone orders, or payments by check or money orders.  All payments must be in US Dollars.

Shipping Policy

Orders originate from Southern California USA.  All orders are shipped via either UPS or USPS.  Orders will usually ship within 2 business days of receipt, if the product is in stock.  Business days are Monday - Friday.   All orders received after 5:00 pm on Friday, and the weekend will ship on the following Monday.  A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful completion of the checkout process.  A second email will be sent with the shipping information with tracking number and an expected delivery date.  Please keep this information handy in case you have questions about shipping. 

We do not accept international orders at this time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization.  No returns will be allowed without prior authorization.  There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for any items purchased from our "Specials" Category.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless it was damaged or an error on our part.

Returns will only be allowed within 5 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.  After receiving and approving your return, we will issue a refund check or credit your charge card (less any applicable shipping charges and/or restocking fees) depending on your original method of payment. We only refund shipping charges if we made an error with your order.  Additionally, merchandise must be returned within 14 days after receiving authorization for full refund (less shipping & handling).

Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us immediately after receipt. We are only  responsible for the condition of the merchandise when it reaches the customer.

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges allowed on any items in our "Specials" category  because these are clearance items.
